- 1 Lemon Half
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Ice

- Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice
- Squeeze over and the drop in the lemon half
- Add the sugar syrup and stir thoroughly
- Top up with the soda water
