Inspired by traditional French kitchen gardens, 'Potagers'.
Single-shot distilled in small batches using a combination of macerated and vapour infused botanicals, many of which are from their own kitchen garden.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Orris Root, Sliced Lemon, Orange Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Stinging Nettle, Rosehip & Fresh Basil
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of lemon.

- 60ml Papaiti Potager Gin
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 1-2 Olives or Lemon Peel Twist
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin and vermouth into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with the olives on a skewer or the lemon peel
