Pickering's Red Top Gin
Pickering's Red Top Gin
ABV: 42.0%
Size: 700 mL
Origin: Edinburgh, Lothian
Based on an old Bombay recipe, handwritten on a fragment of paper dated 17 July 1947. Kept as a family secret for over 66 years, until they launched in 2014 after fine-tuning the recipe, perfecting its balance of botanicals and tweaking it to the contemporary palate. The result is a spectacularly smooth, refreshing and flavoursome gin.
Angelica is used instead of cinnamon for those who like a classic, crisp style of gin to go with today's sweeter tonics. This compliments their unique botanical mix of juniper, coriander, cardamom, fennel, anise, lemon, lime, and cloves.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cardamom, Angelica Root, Fennel, Anise, Lemon, Lime & Clove
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water and a slice of lemon.
