Pikopiko fronds are harvested by hand from the Asplenium Bulbiferum fern once a year. Then distilled in small batches with locally sourced spring water, in the misty shadow of the Pirongia mountain, Waikato. This gin captures an authentic taste that is native to their land, with highlighting notes of sweet asparagus, leaving a lingering and unique taste on the palate.

- 60ml Piko Gin
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 1-2 Olives or Lemon Peel Twist
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin and vermouth into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with the olives on a skewer or the lemon peel
