Spring Edition is distilled using ingredients foraged from the local area during spring, that give a seasonal taste to their original Rock Rose Gin. Reminiscent of a spring day in Caithness they use botanicals to provide a cool, refreshing taste.
Coltsfoot from the distillery garden provides a delicious sweetness, whilegorse flowers bring a gorgeous coconut like aroma. They have also useddandelion to help balance the sweetness with delicious earthy, liquorice flavours.
