The Valley is a luxurious gin, made with extreme care and attention to every detail. This is a complex and many layered gin which starts cool and traditional and ends with a uniquely flavoured, slow and satisfying warmth.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Liquorice, Wild Fennel Seed, Orange Zest, Lemon Zest, Black Peppercorn, Orris Root, Cassia & Kawakawa Leaf
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water and a slice of lemon.
Nose: Pronounced liquorice root with hints of kawakawa.
Palate: Bitter tea, oily spices, and mentholic heat.
Finish: Led by hot pepper and fennel.
The main taste profiles in gin are: Juniper, Citrus, Floral, Fruit, Spice, and Herbal.
