As the name suggests, this flavour is where Sugarbird's humble journey began - the botanical diversity of the fynbos shrubland which gives this gin a true South African expression.
Apart from the lovely floral flavour you'd expect from a quality gin, there's a rare, uniquely Sugarbird citrus twang along with a hint of cape fynbos.

Ingredients
- 60ml Sugarbird Cape Fynbos Gin
- 1 Lemon Half
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice
- Squeeze over and the drop in the lemon half
- Add the sugar syrup and stir thoroughly
- Top up with the soda water
- Garnish with the lemon wedge
