The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
ABV: 37.5%
Origin: Isle of Islay, Argyll and Bute
The Botanist is a gin of layered complexity, a progressive exploration of the botanical heritage of the isle of Islay. 22 hand-foraged local botanicals delicately augment nine berries, barks, seeds, and peels during an achingly slow distillation. The first Islay dry gin is a rare expression of the heart and soul of their remote Scottish Island.
Botanicals: Juniper (Islay), Cassia Bark, Angelica Root, Coriander Seed, Cinnamon, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Liquorice Root, Orris Root, Apple Mint, Birch Leaf, Sweet Chamomile, Creeping Thistle Flower, Elderflower, Whin Gorse Flower, Heather Flower, Hawthorn Flower, Lady's Bedstraw Flower, Lemon Balm, Meadow Sweet, Peppermint, Mugwort Leaf, Red Clover Flower, Sweet Cicely, Sweet Gale Leaf, Tansy, Thyme, Water Mint Leaf, White Clover, Wood Sage Leaf & Spearmint
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water and a slice of lemon.
