Distilled on the Isle of Mull with Hebridean tea, heather, elderflower, and sweet orange peel, this award-winning Hebridean gin is fresh and zesty.
They add a splash of spirit from the Tobermory whisky stills to grain neutral spirit to make the base spirit for their gin. All the botanicals, including heather, Hebridean tea, juniper, and sweet orange peel, are steeped for a mimimum of 24 hours in the base spirit.
