Wild Diamond Black Gin uses their Rare Dry Gin as its base with the addition of botanicals such as Dutch cocoa to achieve its dark colour that transforms when mixed with tonic water.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Cassia Bark, Liquorice Extract, Orris Root, Cardamom, Chamomile, Lavender, Hypericum, Rosehip, Astragalus, Elderflower, Cocoa & Others
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of lemon.
Nose: Strong cacao nib with vanilla cake batter.
Palate: Cocoa and vanilla cake continue with light hints of coffee.
Finish: Mellowing dark notes.
