With botanicals macerated for two whole weeks, Nine Fathoms is designed to be drunk neat, with special appeal whisky drinkers.
It is named for the small passage between the mainland and Cooper Island in Fiordland where legend holds that moose have been spotted.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Hops, Cucumber, Horopito & Kiwifruit
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water and a slice of cucumber.

- 60ml Herrick Creek Nine Fathoms Navy Strength Gin
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 1-2 Olives or Lemon Peel Twist
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin and vermouth into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with the olives on a skewer or the lemon peel
