A seasonal release made with fresh, hand-picked Canterbury-grown sloe berries, which are snap frozen to burst them open, and then steep in their Dry Gin for four months before adding a small amount of sugar syrup to balance and harmonise with the berry's tartness.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Angelica Root, Ginger, Barley, Nutmeg, Liquorice Root & Sloe Berry
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water and a slice of lemon.

Ingredients
- 45ml Humdinger Sloe Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Lemon Wedge
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice and top up with soda water
- Garnish with the lemon wedge
