Lind & Lime Map Tea Towel with every bottle purchased while stocks last.

Created to be the very definition of what a London Dry Gin should be, Lind & Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage. and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith with ‘balance’ as their watchword.

With juniper at its core, they use fresh lime peel and a hint of pink peppercorns to create a classic benchmark expression that is balanced, dry, and intensely refreshing.

Six of the seven botanicals are macerated for 16 hours in a 1000 litre copper pot still with an organic grain neutral spirit and water, then fresh organic lime peel is vapour infused as the mixture heated using 100% green electricity over the course of 9 hours.

After at least two weeks resting, the gin is bottled in-house and hand-labelled with plastic free-tamper seals that secures the natural cork in an entirely plastic free pack.

The name is inspired by Dr. James Lind of Edinburgh, who conducted one of the first clinical trials aboard the HMS Salisbury.

Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Orris Root, Fresh Lime Peel & Pink Peppercorn

Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water and a slice of lime.
