Moka Gin is a collaboration between No8 Distillery with Vanguard Speciality Coffee Company and Ocho Chocolate. Sustainability is at the forefront for all of them, so being able to make use of all of by-products is brilliant.
Vanguard Coffee provide a unique coffee that has undergone a new and unusual technique called carbonic maceration, which brings an uplifting and well rounded coffee note to the cold brew. Vanguard Coffee also provide cascara, a by-product that No8 use in their maceration process, bringing a lovely depth and sweetness to Moka Gin.
Ocho Chocolate supply their chocolate husks, another by-product which brings a gorgeous rich and smooth chocolate profile.

Nose: Warming orange and cardamom with dusted dark chocolate and coffee husk.
Palate: Mocha to open with brewed coffee and cardamom.
Finish: Persistent coffee husk and orange.
