One of Simply Pure’s brands, their source of inspiration and name comes from the Chatham’s Island Black Robin, a very rare and endangered endemic bird.
Championing ‘sustainable luxury,’ they work to reduce their carbon footprint, water usage, and landfill waste while using water based organic ink in packaging made from renewable, recyclable, and biodegradable materials.
They make their gin using a whey base spirit and organic botanicals wherever possible, distilling it five times in a copper reflux still. $5 from every bottle sold directly is donated to Forest & Bird to help protect wildlife and wild places.
