Inspired by Gin & Bitters, this pink gin is distilled using raspberries and locally grown strawberries to capture the taste of summer and impart a pale pink colour.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Cherry, Manuka Honey, Cardamom, Angelica Root, Cinnamon, Strawberry & Raspberry
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water and raspberries.
Nose: Delicate red berries with supporting dry spice.
Palate: Tart cherry, cardamom, and coriander lead with soft juniper on the palate.
Finish: Lingering red fruits and mellowing spice to finish.
