Curiosity Gin Pinot Barrel Sloe is a limited release made barrel by barrel by steeping the finest imported sloe berries in their Curious Dry gin for three to six months using ex-Otago Pinot Noir barrels.
Botanicals: Juniper, Sloe Berries, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Cinnamon, Liquorice Root, Mānuka Leaf, Lemon, Orange, Lavender & Chamomile
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water and a slice of lemon.

Nose: Marzipan and gentle spice with underlying berry tartness and a rich oak character.

Ingredients
- 45ml Curiosity Gin - Pinot Barrel Sloe Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Lemon Wedge
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice and top up with soda water
- Garnish with the lemon wedge
