This gin is double distilled and vapor infused with 8 botanicals, including green mānuka leaves as their Golden Bay twist. It is blended with water sourced from the aquifer that feeds the clearest spring in the world, Te Waikoropupū Springs.
Botanicals: Juniper, Mānuka Leaf, Coriander Seed, Cardamom Seed, Black Peppercorn, Liquorice Root, Angelica Root & Almond
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water and a slice of orange.
Nose: Fresh green cardamom and mānuka.
Palate: Lead by oily cardamom with spikes of juniper and mānuka supporting.
Finish: Drying with peppercorn and mellowing cardamom.
The main taste profiles in gin are: Juniper, Citrus, Floral, Fruit, Spice, and Herbal.
