Dunedin Craft Distillers The Bay Gin
Dunedin Craft Distillers The Bay Gin
ABV: 45.0%
Origin: Dunedin, Otago
The Bay is a back-to-basics gin and one of Dunedin Craft Distillers' "Working Title" gins. Juniper and coriander are macerated in their base spirit before final infusion with bay leaf and lemon.
Dunedin Craft Distillers handcraft their own spirits from surplus bread. Triple distilled and combined with Mount Cargill rainwater, there is the equivalent of one loaf in every 250ml!
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Orris Root, Bay Leaf & Lemon
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of lemon.
