Named for Hastings Distillers' local area, commonly called Albert Quarter, Albertine Gin is a complex and perfumed gin that uses 38 organic botanicals in a combination of maceration and vapour infusion with the goal of creating a sensory image of the freshness and vibrancy of their landscape.
Batch distilled in a 150L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Lime Peel, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Makrut Lime Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Lemon Verbena, Lemongrass, Lavender, Chamomile, Mānuka Blossom, Sage, Rosemary, Mace & Others
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of lime.

Ingredients
- 60ml Hastings Distillers Albertine Gin
- 10ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 1-2 Olives or Lemon Peel Twist
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin and vermouth into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with the olives on a skewer or the lemon peel
